Therapeutic Interventions

Care Plus Transitions employs a variety of therapeutic approaches when supporting young people enrolled in our programme. We prioritise enhancing the wellbeing of those who may be hesitant to accept assistance, or unable to seek it independently.

These interventions encompass both psychological and physical modalities, administered by qualified professionals in a supportive, non-threatening environment. Such approaches "can often turn negative situations into positive outcomes."

The interventions aim to address behaviours that negatively impact young people's wellbeing, working toward positive change in the way some young people think or behave, to modify or prevent self-destructive behaviour.
